I'm Victoria Louise, founder of Consciously Living Yoga, dedicated to empowering women at every stage of womanhood through yoga and mindfulness. My journey began over a decade ago, sparked by chronic mid-back pain and an absent menstrual cycle. With a background as a professional dancer, I naturally turned to movement — discovering the powerful connection between breath, yoga, and meditation.
Through this healing journey, I realised how profoundly our inner beliefs and emotional patterns shape our physical health. This led me to embrace holistic healing — blending the mind, body, and spirit — and to specialise in Forrest Yoga, a transformative practice pioneered by Ana Forrest.
My passion lies in helping women reclaim their strength and vitality through pelvic health. A healthy pelvis is the foundation of overall well-being, and I’m committed to guiding women to reconnect with their bodies, release stored tension, and cultivate balance from within.

“I have suffered with lower back pain for about 5 years. It’s mainly due to sitting at a computer all day and having poor posture. It was getting unbearable so I decided to contact Victoria and attend one of her yoga sessions. I’ve been going weekly for about 2 months now and I have started to notice a massive reduction in my back pain. Throughout the week I hardly feel more than the odd ache in my lower back, and that is reducing week by week. The sessions have also made me more aware of the way that I use/hold my back in everyday life, and the breathing and meditation parts of the session are so valuable - and give me a nice relaxing rest!
