My passion lies in empowering women to take control of their pelvic health and overall well-being. I firmly believe that by providing the correct support and education from pregnancy or childbirth, we can prevent or alleviate many pelvic health issues later in life, particularly among menopausal women.

Client feedback has consistently highlighted the transformative impact of my holistic approach, incorporating yoga, breathwork, and relaxation techniques to support the nervous system and enhance pelvic health. Both gynaecologists and physiotherapists have been astonished by the positive outcomes these holistic methods have achieved.

Pelvic health is so important - more than 53% of women suffer. However, it is overlooked by many healthcare practitioners, and even ourselves. It’s not our fault - we just haven’t been taught how to nurture this sacred connection.


Having gone through personal suffering with my menstrual cycle and birth pelvic dysfunction along with scar tissue myself, I understand just how impactful they can be, and how a holistic approach to your pelvis can help to ease and support and heal your symptoms.
